Review on CROSSFIRE by Carlos Macy

I like that it is easy to use for both new users as well as experienced RMS users. It's also very customizable so you can tailor it to fit your needs. There are some features we have been looking forward to but haven't seen implemented yet (e.g., custom fields). We're using Crossfire to store all of our department records including incident reports, payroll information, etc. The system has allowed us to centralize these types of documents in one place rather than having them scattered throughout multiple systems. This makes things much easier when searching through older files or conducting audits.
