the cold grip continues to rotate backwards. Must be returned after installer has been paid for installation.
The cold knob keeps turning back when we turn it off. We tightened everything, but reverse was poorly done. So we have to order another faucet and pay a plumber to come back and remove that and install a new one. Grrr.
