I love the fact that you can set up categories and subcategories and add products to them at will. You can also create custom fields for products. It works well enough but it's not perfect. Sometimes things don't automatically load when they should. Also sometimes when editing product info (in the admin panel) you'll have to refresh the page to see updates. Otherwise everything works very well though. This is easy to use, has great customer support, and their live chat is fantastic! I recommend this to anyone who needs to organize their products and inventory. They've made the process so simple and intuitive that it's hard to imagine managing without it now.
