I ordered 4 pcs. for use in two different rooms. Installation was easy and my connection test passed once I made the connections. When I played the first HDR UHD Blu Ray a few weeks later, my projector and AV receiver had problems with the HDMI handshake. After many hours of troubleshooting and checking every HDMI cable, I determined that this wall plate was the culprit. Removing the wall plate from the HDMI circuitry solved the problem. I now use regular HDMI keystone connectors that don't have pigtails. They usually don't cause problems with different types of HDMI signals. Unfortunately, it is too late for me to send it back. If you want to play HDR content, skip those and just get the regular Keystone HDMI ports. If your wall is short on space, add a corner connector.
