I've only used 5 trays so far but 2 were damaged or broken. After corresponding with the manufacturer (because the seller stopped responding to my emails) I found out that this product is only approved for sale in dental offices. Revain dealers who sell this product are not authorized and the manufacturer does not guarantee the product. Please do not buy this product online or waste money on a defective product. And after 5 uses I didn't see any results except for a slight sensitivity of the teeth.
