I bought two with my 75 gallons and they work great. The temperature setting is pretty cool. Within 0.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Very accurate. .5 probably because of my light. All in all a great product. Highly recommended. *** November 29, 2016 Bought two new heaters to replace the burned one. I received two of the same heaters that I previously ordered, plugged them in, let them acclimate for 20 minutes, then plugged them back in. I set it to 79 and let it run overnight. I check them in the morning and my tank was 69 degrees. A full 10 degrees different than I set, if it were 1 to 2 degrees now that would be nominal and acceptable, but not 10! I tried getting them up to 84 as I didn't want to go too high in case they decide to turn on all the way. When I got home from work I read the temp 74. I checked the temp gauge just to make sure it was in place, 74 degrees. I don't know if I got a bad batch but I applied to Revain and they sent me two new heaters. So thank you Raven. I hope everything will be fine when I receive these two new heaters. I will update when I receive them.
