Loved it. until it stopped working. Less than a year later I tried turning it on for use and it wouldn't turn on. I tried to charge the battery, after an hour it started flashing red. Charged for 24, the red flashing continued. Removed from charger. continued to blink red for nearly two days. Then it would work. Suspecting a bad battery, I tried to replace it myself but couldn't figure it out, tried contacting support and spent two hours redirecting until I found the only repair shop in California.
