Edit: The seller contacted me and gave me a full refund for my purchase so I'm updating my star review. I appreciate the customer service!I didn't realize that you need the little "L" wrench in order to take the pin on and off. If you want to wear the pin, it's awkward to use the wrench in order to twist in the black dot. I would return this product, but apparently it's not eligible for a return. I am definitely disappointed with this purchase.
