I've read a lot of reviews and I hope this one brings some clarity. I have a 2016 Tundra. It appears to be an OEM replacement for almost all Toyotas and a few others. I have included photos to show this compared to the OEM filter. The OEM has 27 pleats, this one has 19. It feels heavier than a dirty OEM filter. They are identical in all other dimensions. I've also included a photo of the inside of the cockpit shell to show the perfect fit. The arrows/airflow go from top to bottom. The OEM filter will show UP, but this is typical for OEM filters. The instructions on the back of the box also remind you that the replacement filter must have the airflow arrows pointing down. This is the correct setting to replace. My local Toyota dealership charged $49.99 to replace mine. All of this took about 5 minutes to swap out and photograph. If you don't know how to replace yours, look for videos online. There are videos for almost every car model. Hope that helps.
