Review on Squadle by Mark Jefferson

It's easy for any employee, no matter their level of experience or knowledge base in our industry (food), they can use this tool with ease! The customer service is phenomenal as well - anytime we have had an issue that has come up through using it I've never been left waiting long at all times when speaking/communicating about issues within 24 hours!! Nothing really specific but just overall great product & support team behind them :) We are trying out some new things now such us QR Codes being used throughout various areas around facility which makes life easier from both employees' perspective AND customers'.
