Do not buy! call shark Guarantee 5 years.
After spending hours trying to figure out how to change this belt, I called Shark. They reminded me that Shark has a 5 year replacement guarantee. They will send me a FREE powerhead. All the power of the head. Shark reminded me NOT to open the power head as this will void the 5 year warranty.
