I put the 5mm tip on the ratchet, applied force and the tip broke on the first use. Otherwise the set is good based on previous experience. Now I have to use the guarantee on this tip. It's less of a hassle than returning a kit as I can use other bits. I called Dewalt to get a warranty replacement and was told they would either pick up the defective part to see if it was covered or I should take it to a service center to see if it was covered. 0.10 minutes later, about as long as I had been on the phone with Dewalt, I bought a branded jet from an auto parts store for less than $2 and returned home. This bit header worked fine. It was less hassle than going through the Dewalt replacement process.
