There is nothing imperfect about these shoes! I had surgery for lack of blood flow in my left leg. This left me with neuropathy in my leg. I can't stand it when my shoe touches the tip of my toe. Also, I could never find a shoe that really fit my foot. I wear 10 1/2. 10 is small, 11 swallows my leg. I'm amazed at how well it fits, looks and feels. Putting this shoe on my foot reduces the burning and tingling in my foot by at least 80%. Compared to when I don't have shoes. That's great! These are orthopedic tennis shoes and they don't look like it! They are interchangeable with your orthotics as the inside is removable and you can use your own if you wish. They are beautiful on their own so I don't have to use them. I just can't say enough about this shoe unless you have issues with sizing, fit etc then these are the shoes you should get.
