I bought this with low expectations. I read reviews of similar products and was not impressed. This is an old style trimmer with new technology. It's funny how we go back in time! The shaver/trimmer has attachments that I wasn't expecting (maybe I didn't read the description). It has the same charger as my Android phone (newer style). It's lightweight so it won't slip out of your hand. Charge the trimmer before use. Charge it before use. I thought it was defective, listened to my wife and charged it. yes it worked I used this to trim my beard line on one side. Then I entered the room and my family noticed. I could shave several times without charging.
