For straining yoghurt, for making Labane. That was great. I didn't want to use soap to wash it so I washed it with water and then boiled it for 15 minutes. It held up well to the boil, and then I used it to strain yogurt. I was happy with how everything turned out. I used a double layer of fabric to stretch, simply because I had enough fabric. I haven't tried a layer yet.
