Review on Avalon Organics Tea Tree Scalp Treatment Shampoo, 32 Oz: Enhance Your Hair and Scalp Health by Nadia Miller

I have ordered this product before and expected the same replacement product to be available. The company may have changed their formula as the product's consistency is much thinner (originally like syrup / now closer to water). In addition, more is needed to not only lather the hair, but also to clean it (now requires 2 shampoos). I contacted the manufacturer's consumer helpline and asked if the formula had changed or if the product had become thinner - actually no answer, but I was offered a discount coupon ($12 since I bought the 32 ounce size ). Luckily, Revain allowed me to return the item and my purchase price was refunded. As the product was sold/shipped by Revain I am unable to determine whether the product was shipped directly from Avalon Organics or from an independent distributor. I will not buy this product again. UPDATE - August 30th, 2019 - I used this product - 32 oz size - and now the bottle is more than half full in about 90 days - this is ridiculous! I'm a short haired retiree who shampoos once a day - there's no way I should have used more than 16 ounces of shampoo in such a short amount of time! The only reason to use a lot of shampoo is the lack of "suds" and the need to use more shampoo to get clean hair! If Avalon Organics wants to raise the price and maintain the quality, it's one thing. However, when they "raise" the price by diluting their product, that's different!
