Serves Its Purpose on my review.
This petticoat doesn't look like the picture or the description. Based on the picture and description there should have been a white layer above the tulle. Nonetheless, it came two days early and it WORKED! It helped the mermaid typed dress puff out and a little up from the floor. Thanks to the petticoat, I felt much better about the dress.
