Exactly what I was looking for!
I bought it mainly for cooking rice, the benefits are much more. It's amazing how hard it is to find a round casserole dish with a lid and handles that can be used in the microwave. Of course, this happens both on the stovetop and in the oven, so it's even better. I have CorningWare that is over 40 years old. . this is the best!
