Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.
I used it for half a year, the conclusion is unequivocal - if your height is less than 175 - the chair will be just too big for you. My height is 168 - in most positions my head does not reach the top pillow under my head (I have to unfasten it and just put it under my head without fixing it).
