I paid much less for a non-growing iPhone 13 and was a little concerned, but to my happy surprise and joy, the phone arrived undamaged, complete with all the tags and a color photograph of the device on the box. A check was included with the phone, a printout of warranty service with a seal, after verifying the phone's activation on the Apple website. I contacted Apple technical support after activating the phone using data from a previous model, and they verified the activation and warranty details. There are now no complaints, and I hope they never do. I'm relieved that not everything on the Internet is a fake. The employee at the pick-up point had something happen the day the phone was received, but they promptly offered to send it via courier. The phone was sent quite fast, so I want to commend them on that.
