The ability to manage employee's time off with ease! It also allows you to have multiple managers in one calendar which saves your employees from having two separate calendars if they work at 2 different locations or departments within an organization.
I dislike how easily it can be used by other people as well when there isn't someone else looking after their information/calendar - this could lead them into using too much personal data such as vacation days etc. This has been great so far but would like some additional security options added along side pause once we're fully implemented across our organisation later next year. We use PAUSE mainly because its easy enought for us users who don’s want something advanced / complicated yet still secure & private.
