Review on Avature by John Destruction

I like that it's easy for new hires or employees who have been with your organization but are not familiar with all aspects of HRIS systems such as this software. The interface can be confusing at first glance because you need someone knowledgeable about how these types of programs work to navigate them effectively; however once they understand what features do and don't exist within their system there isn't much room left for confusion when using the program. It works well if used appropriately - keep up on updates! We've realized some benefits from having our own human resources department which has helped us manage employee data more efficiently than we were able to before (ie prioritization).
