I love the fact that the tools they offer let us know when there’s something wrong with our site. There is a lot of value in having access to detailed information about the performance of your site, such as how many visitors you receive per day, how long they stay on your site, and whether they buy anything.
Pros
- The tools they provide are useful because we use their reports to work out how our customers are finding us.
- We get regular updates on where people are coming from, how much time they spend on the site, and what they look at.
- If there’s a problem on the site we can be alerted immediately, so we can fix it and start monitoring again.
Cons
- For example, sometimes we find it hard to get detailed statistics.
- There’s not always an easy way to compare multiple reports together.
