Item arrived damaged - but I had to do something big and it was the only roll I could get quickly so I didn't return it. The first 6 inches were unusable due to tears, tape and markings. There were tons of wrinkles and blisters. I was able to lift the vinyl halfway and put it back on the backing with a scraper. This removed the creases and made the vinyl usable. Last night I did a 90% hard cut, cut well. Since I managed to solve the problem and still get a decent discount, I gave it three stars.
