I got this to use with my Dell Precision 7710. It doesn't require USB-C charging so I have these Function of this document not used. My usage is strictly for fast connections to a VGA monitor, keyboard and mouse, LAN and external audio. Practical plus points are a memory card reader and a third USB port. It was plug and play with Windows 10. Connect devices and plug them into my USB-C port. It was recognized and just worked. My monitor is a 24 inch Dell UltraSharp with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 and this docking station gives the perfect picture. Keyboard, mouse and sound worked great. The docking station comes with detailed instructions. It is completely intuitive to connect and just works. If you want it to be USB-C powered, you'll need to use your own or purchase a USB-C power adapter with the appropriate output of up to 100W. The adapter is not included in the scope of delivery. I have nothing to say. This docking station just works, which is great: I got a docking station to make it easier to connect my laptop. I don't think that should be noticed. In this respect it exceeded my expectations and that's why I give it 5 stars.
