The perfect raincoat for our daughter on rainy days in Florida. It has a nice, soft fleece lining that provides warmth without being overbearing. The hood can be easily zipped off when not in use. This isn't one of those hard plastic raincoats that everyone hates. The outer material is similar to regular jacket material, but it repels water completely! It can easily act as a regular light jacket which is a HUGE convenience. Also, you can't be a flashy eye-catching pattern that even has reflective elements on the front, back and hood!
