Review on 🎧 Power Acoustik HP12S IR Dual Channel Wireless Headphones by Kendro Givens

Not bad for portable audio and video

This may not be news, but I'll give my impression. They were purchased as a 3rd pair of headphones in a new van (as I have 3 kids) 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. I compare them to the two "VES" headphones (that's the only real identifier) that came with the van. What's good: They are compatible with my van, 2012 Chrysler Town and Country with a factory DVD player. Both channels work. Slightly easier to turn on than the included phones. The sound seems more balanced than VES phones. Deeper bass but without a noticeable loss of treble. The pads are more comfortable (for me) than standard VES phones. The latter have thin foam rubber over hard plastic and are pushed closer to the ears. The cover is comfortable. But we don't use it because phones without it fit in one of the top compartments. They are roughly the same size as VES phones. They can also be used as wired headphones with a 3.5mm male to male cable (not included) for use with iPod/phone/etc. act. Not very good: The reception is not as good as with standard headphones. It is better to use in the middle row than in the back row. Sometimes it falls on the back row. As mentioned, the headband is really not suitable for small heads. If you only have younger children, this can be a problem. I have two teenagers and it suits them well. Overall personally I would have preferred to use these rather than the VES phones that came with the van as long as I can sit in the 2nd row! Still on the first set of batteries so no comment yet. I will update if there is anything to add.
