Review on OneDOC Managed Print Services by Larry Boyd

I appreciate they stay current so that my print job issues can be addressed immediately without me waiting several months before someone calls about it! The customer service could always improve- especially when something goes wrong or needs clarification/follow up as well! Great system - but there's nothing better if everything works great!! Very user friendly software /applications to use along side other programs & utilities such like Microsoft Office Products (Excell etc.) There really isn't anything specific which bugs them out too much however sometimes its hard because you have no voice at times on what should go into their database vs just being able get an update from one another via email instead - But overall this has been quite good since going live last year!! A little expensive compared wif some others providers who seem more affordable than us though i'm sure thats bcz ours services arenot cheap either haha.

It would probably help lower costs somewhat tho if everyone uses our products rather having 2 similar items running around doing pretty darn close things except pricewise hahaha! So far very pleased using them, haven’t encountered any major dislikes yet apart form needing time between each tech coming over to check stuffs etc., and need new printer when mine dies I like that they can change my account settings without me being around (I'm always working). It's convenient when there aren't many people at our office during normal hours because it allows us easy access if needed! Sometimes its hard using their system but this comes from training issues as well which isn’t really Their fault so much since I haven;' t used them long enough or had an employee who was trained properly yet :/.
