The supposedly downloaded software does NOT come with any cloning tools. Finally after 30 minutes I found a cloning tool on their website, installed it and it says it doesn't work because I don't have a sandisk drive connected. I do. Your useless "dashboard" can see it normally (that's pretty much all the dashboard actually does. Just wasted 2 hours. Ok - it's the next morning and I decide to try again. Started with Mark at Chatting customer service. He was great.. 1/2 hour of work to install a fix program to make their cloning software recognize the drive and messing around with the windows device manager Finally the cloning process started, halfway through the Operation failed cloning. Ok - now I've spent 3 hours. I'm done. Went there and bought a Samsung. 2 minutes out of the box and cloned it. ). The disk ID read by Device Manager wasn't Sandisk - it was an unnamed vendor. It looks like Sandisk is now just a bright cardboard box with renamed unnamed drives inside, without the latest functional cloning software. and a very nice support guy trying to do the impossible.
