Review on Cuisinart DLC-1SS Mini-Prep Processor: Brushed Stainless 🍲 Steel, Silver, 2.63 Cup - Compact and Powerful! by Tim Bunker

I grow my own basil for homemade pesto. The Vitamix did a good job but at 4 it's too big for the pesto and the blades aren't handy to remove the pesto. The DCL 1 is the perfect size and comes apart so I can remove the pesto. I have a large Cuisinart stand mixer that is 30 years old and this one seems to be of similar quality. I flipped the blades over to grind the nuts and it worked great but be careful with the blades they are sharp.
