My daughter will be one next week, she is 22lbs & is in the 97th percentile for height/weight (wears 18mo clothes) so we ordered the size 1-3T and it fits perfectly minus the tops being a little snug but I think it’s just because of her chunky thighs lol The feet part fit perfectly with very little growing room. So these would not work if she were 2 and especially not 3 so recommend sizing up unless your baby is smaller. The stockings themselves are nice I just wish the tops were more frilly instead of tighter looking but that’s personal preference.
