At first we liked the design and it looked great, but right out of the box the right side grip that attaches it to the base was very loose with no set screw to tighten it but we ignored this shortcoming and installed it anyway, the installation was pretty easy and standard. To do this you will need a small adjustable wrench, some Teflon tape and silicone or putty. The problem is that the drain assembly is leaking from the exhaust pipe connection to the trim ring. I ran the install again to make sure it wasn't an install error and it's still leaking. Too bad because we liked the look, maybe we just received a defective product. We'll send it back for a refund and try another manufacturer.
