My parachute must have been too strong for her; They were mostly destroyed before the product had time to react with the water and foam. I tried it a second time and only turned my machine on for a second to open the pod and continued to dispense hot water - it ended up being a bit more foamy. But it still didn't smell. I submitted a note to the CLR via their website.
