UPDATE (3/21/18): The seller has responded and offered me a partial refund which would allow me to purchase a new white LED strip. The seller was very friendly and responded quickly, so I'm changing my star rating. If you purchase this strip, note that the white on this strip is quite blue. If you decide to reduce the blue for a more natural white, you lose a fair amount of overall brightness. The standard color "white" has a strong blue cast, and adjusting the R, G, and B values to achieve a more neutral white means reducing the brightness of blue and green. I have attached photos of my white set and the "white" setting on the remote. (Due to my camera's exposure settings, it wasn't possible to show the difference in brightness.) Weak and disappointing, especially for a 24v kit. I have contacted the seller to see if there is anything wrong with my unit and will update my review. when i get a reply from them.
