I was skeptical about this product at first. When I received the product it didn't work at all. I want to say I was surprised but to be honest I expected it. I was ready to just take it as a loss when the support team contacted me and asked if I liked the product (which is key to them contacting me without even filing a complaint). So I was honest and told them about my problems. They offered some troubleshooting tips but when they realized it wasn't a bug fix they immediately sent me a replacement with the fastest replacement time I've ever seen. The second product worked like a dream, connecting my VGA capable laptop to a 70 inch HDMI TV for a presentation I had. The sound was crisp and the picture looked great too. It was a big surprise, but what was even more amazing was how great the customer support, conflict resolution and overall experience I got. If you're looking for something to help connect two technologies that don't share the same I/O, then this is a fantastic option. If you are not looking for this type of product I would still recommend buying something from this company, they are fantastic and will see my shop for future purchases. Customer service is great when it comes to purchasing any product and this company is second to none in my overall shopping experience.
