Arrived cracked, one horn stopped working after a few days

Received quickly, but one horn had a crack on the body. It was cosmetic so I went ahead and installed it anyway. Installation was easy. Slightly disappointed in the volume, it seems on par with the 2013 F150 horns they replaced. When I set the alarm today, I noticed that it was really quiet. One of the horns no longer works.
