The chairs met my expectations. They are comfortable for what they are and feel learned and well made and didn't take long to put together. The instructions were clear and understandable, however one of the chairs was damaged. Of course this was the last box I opened and most of the other chairs were already assembled so this was a big disappointment for me. This sometimes happens but I was hoping that after contacting the support team a replacement product would be sent and I have submitted two requests for a replacement part. I've decided to give them a few days to reply, but it's been a week now and I still haven't received a reply, and I haven't even received an automated reply that someone received my messages/requests , although I sent two . I paid for 6 chairs and needed 6 chairs. Not five. I'd rather not buy them.
