View Dear best in Cats

I wanted something for the days when cats needed a little extra food. Some days they play more, but they don't need another 5.5 ounce can. So these sachets: They have a lot of liquid in them, so sauce lovers will rejoice. Both cats will think they're in heaven when those pouches come out. You eat what's on the plate. I am not at all disappointed with the quality of the food but for the amount of food it is very expensive. The feeding instructions say to give 2 sachets per 2.5kg of cat. For a 22 lb cat it would be about 9 pouches a day if I was using it for anything other than an occasional item. In comparison, the 5.5 ounce jars I use (Core Wellness grain-free, Spot's Stew, Newman's Own, etc. with subscription and save) yield one jar for every 6-8 lbs a cat has and they get 3 of those per day for the most. I spend about $1.20 a can, that's $3.60 a day. At the current price of $17 for these packs, that's $1.40 per pack and would cost $12.58 per day to feed my cats! While this is good sometimes, it will never work as a regular diet. I see some reviewers commenting on the value for money of this meal. This is the only bagged food I've ever bought, so maybe this compares to other bags? It has more liquid than cans but I don't know what other benefits there could be to justify such a price difference!
