Great that I could flip the ladder to go left to right instead of right to left (pictured). I didn't like that small rugs didn't fit around the pillars back then. I don't know how to help, so no star deduction for that. Just a little disappointing. Otherwise, my kitty is perfect for climbing on the windowsill!
