I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!
A good thing that helps save time while drying fruits and vegetables. The pieces are the same (as far as possible), which makes the drying more or less even. Different pros: Used this grater for 15 years. It's time to change (I began to pull out the middle of carrots and apples). This one seems to cut no worse than the old one, but definitely more convenient in design. Its cons: The knife is not fixed at all. However, it was the same with the old one.
