Best Driver Seat Cover for SJ Foresters

Update August 2020: It's been three years since my original review and they still work great. I think they're more scratched, but that's about it. Highly recommended! end of update. Original Review: I bought these earbuds for my wife's 2015 Forester about three years ago. You were great. I take them out from time to time and clean them with a brush and soapy water and then hose them down. They're a bit duller and scratched at the moment, but that's a good thing IMO. When they were new they were quite shiny which put me off a bit at first. As mentioned, these appear to be the only liners that go under the accelerator pedal *and* close the gas door release lever next to the driver's. Door. It would be nice if they covered the sides a bit more especially. on the driver's door, but they're no worse than other liners I've considered. The Huskies look nice, but I don't think they look as good as the WeatherTech liners. However, WeatherTechs have the worst driver's seat coverage, which is the main reason I didn't get them instead. I don't think WeatherTechs bottom spikes either, but I'm not sure at this point. Some of the generic images on the Revain product page are inaccurate. They make them thick, flexible, and rubbery. It's not relevant. They are thin, rigid and somewhat "plastic". But they are also very durable and have been working for almost three years now with no failure or wear - just a little scratched. Watch out for spikes on the underside; They can really hurt when you take them. On the advice of a guy on the Forester forum I visit, I used scissors to cut the spikes on the lining around the gas filler lever so my wife wouldn't kill her own hands every time she fills the car with gas. Some dirt and limescale on the earbuds, I vacuum them first before removing them. During cleaning, the accumulated dirt can easily be spilled onto a clean carpet. This is a specification. that goes for the rear fairing, which is a little fiddly to remove, but that's to be expected. I prefer a one piece back lining as opposed to a three piece pair I've seen that includes an overlapping center panel. outrageous prices for car parts and consumables - but that's another story. If utility is more important to you than looks, then these floors are just what you need for your Forester. It's impossible to tell if the liners sold today are the same design as the set I bought three years ago, but that goes for everything.
