Great product for recovery
I have been taking PF3 for a year now and it has made a huge impact on my recovery and my ability to push through plateaus as I approach 40 years old. I used to often skip Thursdays because I was too sick or just didn't have the energy to go to the gym, but since taking this I no longer have that problem. I will continue to buy while supplies last as sometimes they seem to be sold out on the Man Sports website. Thankfully, Revane didn't have much either. Hope that helps.
