The customer service and overall experience with Run was excellent. Their team is creative, thoughtful, efficient, friendly, and communicative. I can't speak to anything other than their business model/pricing. I can say that the pricing/discounts are very competitive in comparison to other design firms. Pricing could be more flexible. If you're looking for an affordable graphic design firm -- look no further. They were able to help us with branding, social media image rebranding, website development. We used Run primarily for our logo redesign as well as website development.
