I watched a lot of YouTube videos for the first time before and during the procedure. Thought I'd try it on an old iPad before switching the screen to a new one. The only downside is that the screen I received didn't come with a WiFi antenna, but luckily I didn't have to. The box was partially open when I received the package so it may have fallen out before it was packed and shipped. It comes with a bezel that covers the edges of the screen well. The included adhesive isn't very good and I can feel it lifting even after using tweezers to peel and stick. But that's not a problem for me as I bought double sided tape to re-stick if/when the glue fails completely. My main concern was whether the screen would work properly, and it does.
