great customer service

This is an update of my previous review. Customer service is really great. They read my review, contacted us and offered to replace the air purifier, which was a bit noisy and wobbly. They told us they fixed the issues and as far as we can tell the issues are fixed. The new cleaner works very well. Doesn't make any noise or wobble. The company has said it learns from all reviews and tries to fix issues accordingly. We trust them to fix any problems and they gave us an extended warranty, very kind! We bought it because my husband and I have allergies and the description and design were appealing. The exterior is pleasant, smooth and quiet. If you have any problems please let the company know and they will fix it for you.
