Review on Black Ear-Pad Cushions For Improved Comfort On Bose QuietComfort-35 (QC-35) And QuietComfort-35 II (QC-35 II) Over-Ear Headphones by Sanny Hoffman

Not bad for the price

I bought these as a replacement for my Bose QuietComfort 35 ear pads that were getting really flat and uncomfortable after a couple of years. The first set I ordered (May 2019) fit the headphones GREAT, and were almost as comfortable as the original ear pads from Bose.Unfortunately, they split open after about a year of fairly regular use. I got a second pair to replace them (May 2020), and this set isn't quite up to the same standard as the pair I got a year ago. The foam is a little thinner, so they're less comfortable and not quite as good at passive noise cancellation. They're also a hair smaller in circumference, which means they pop into the retaining clips very easily - but also occasionally pop out on their own. When these give out in another 8-12 months, I'll probably look elsewhere for a replacement.

Pros
  • They come with a satisfaction guarantee to ensure that you are getting the best quality product
Cons
  • The cushions may not be suitable for individuals who frequently change the position of the headphones on their head
