Well I have a somewhat unusual table with an odd backing that the clip on the rear bracket does not fit. I was frustrated that I had to drill a small hole in my table to accommodate an alternate bolt and rotary mount, but that would be the case with every kit I found. Once installed, I have no complaints at all. All in all very easy, even for me. I REALLY appreciate the two different VESA mount options because I had to use both! Don't tell me about the ridiculous setup of Samsung monitors (my original setup). I ended up returning the Samsung I paid for and replacing it with a pair of DELLs. Regardless of my reasons for the replacement, I can say that NB's VESA mounts are very well designed - they offer two mounting options depending on the monitor - and both allow for easier "sliding" during installation (two top screws first, then the bottom two after you insert the parenthesis). This makes the job of the individual installer MUCH easier. Be sure to mount the VESA mount in the "UPโ direction! M4x12 screws already included. Despite what the instructions say, the bracket will be 2mm wide, so I replaced the M4 x 10mm on my DELL with the M4 x 12mm screws provided by NB. , the right to my guns. Here's a tip. Don't mess with the tension until you've installed your monitors. Don't give in to temptation. When setting up monitors, be sure to put one hand under the monitor to prevent it from falling. My right hand was too loose from the strain and couldn't hold the monitor, but this was an easy fix! NB offers a torque setting (see F in the installation guide). I had to flip it on the "+" side about 4-5 times before it held with safe tension. Be patient, it will work. You need to stretch out your hand a bit to install the key. If the arm is retracted, you will not be able to insert the torque wrench. (I thought I was doing something wrong and was a bit frustrated until I realized it was just a matter of stretching my arm forward - it's not in the instructions). My only complaint is that depending on where you put the base, how far it is from the back of your desk, and if your desk is backed close to a wall, you won't be able to get your monitors perfectly aligned/meet together , if you need to push them all the way to the back of the table. This is because the backs of the arms behind them need more room to maneuver for the encounter. I probably don't understand anything! I am sorry! Plus they are amazing and such great deals. So nice that the monitors are not on my desk. Feel much better with the extra space (I don't have bulky monitors on my desk!), and I now have monitors at the perfect ergonomic height for my eyes (no need to stack paper under monitors for optimal use for my eyes). These pens have made a difference for many reasons! I also like the cable routing for the monitors. Looks so beautiful! (see photo) This set has a solid construction and is almost entirely made of metal. Powerful, strong and I am very happy with it! I couldn't be more excited or satisfied with this purchase.
