I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

I would add some kind of Velcro to the kit so that you can attach it to something, otherwise you have to hold it in your hand and look for something to attach it yourself
Its pros:
Incredible device! You can cool the child in the heat, you can blow on yourself. 3 speeds are enough for the eyes, the maximum flow is very powerful!
Cons below:
To turn off from level 1, you need to scroll to level 2, 3 and only then turn off
