It's really cute and festive! It's a little difficult to stir up the first one. I found a short video by PAPER JAZZ showing how to open and fluff a pom pom. Be sure to use the white tape they wrapped around the center; I tied it neatly, leaving a loop for hanging flowers. My advice: 1) Take your time - each bloom takes several minutes; 2) Helps support/push from the back with one hand while gently separating layers and fluffing the front with the other hand; 3) Don't worry about small tears - I lost a few scraps (maybe 4-6) from the brown center and a few yellow petals are a bit torn - you can't see it and it's tissue paper, it's almost impossible not to tear them little to tear.
