I think if I bent over my right shoulder and drooled the water pressure would be higher. However, I am shocked at how well this works. I didn't think the water pressure would be enough to wash it all away if you get my meaning. TMI I know but I have an issue that is taking forever to clean up after going to number 2. Not sure why but since my gallbladder was removed my number two has gotten dirtier and not super hard anymore. It changed the rules of the game. I originally gave this thing to Stars after using it once and thought it was junk, but after using it a few times I was shocked at how well it actually works. You'll probably have to use some wet wipes or toilet paper, but for the most part it gets the job done. I wish the water pressure was higher, but maybe that would cause other issues that I'm not aware of. I have mild OCD and haven't attempted to detox with a tank of water, which is a small amount. I use like 3 tanks full of water. So you can take a large water bottle to fill up if you don't have access to a nearby sink or similar. Also, it's actually pretty damn quiet. Nobody would know what you are doing if it wasn't for a very quiet bathroom. One more thing, I had carpal tunnel surgery and am almost healed, but I still have issues with things falling off. By manually squeezing the bottle behind me, I can drop it. It's so simple, just keep it behind you. It was a good buy.
